Our goal is to enhance what you already do!  We conduct a complete HR Compliance audit and design a customized plan, to meet HR compliance and enhance the management of your greatest asset, your people.  We can provide a plan that works for your business by providing general HR policies, job description construction, assistance with State and federal HR Compliance, support with conflict management and resolution, assistance with employee performance and terminations.

You and your team will be partnered with an exceptional HR Manager who is familiar with your industry. The HR manager will be with you every step of the way to ensure transformation. Your assigned HR Manager will help build your HR program and assist with any pressing corrections required.  We believe that well-trained employees create your business.  We will assist with training and development for employees and leadership.
 
What do We Offer for Your Business Leaders?
On-going Employment Law Training, unlimited email, chat and in some plans phone access. With the Pro plan, leaders will receive monthly leadership training and guidance.  We will also assist your leaders with the delivery of performance management and terminations.  We can also assist with unemployment claims and hearings.  Some of the ABC HR Pro provide access to leadership tools for performance management, frequently updated employment law FAQs and a library of leadership trainings.

What is the Cost?
ABC HR is an affordable solution to HR Services. Our plans start as low as $99 per month.  We can provide most plans for less than a fulltime HR manager would cost your organization. There are multiple plans to choose from.  We are here to simply provide guidance and tools or, manage the processes for you if a higher level of assistance is needed.
